These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Aladdin9 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets or wagers on our services.

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the account registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Aladdin9 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify Aladdin9 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time we deem appropriate for compliance purposes, Aladdin9 requires the completion of KYC verification. Required documents typically include:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities. Accounts that remain unverified for an extended period may be subject to closure in accordance with our compliance obligations.
Aladdin9 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and gambling activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial exploitation of the Platform or its content.
You agree to use the Platform fairly and in good faith. You must not employ any software tools, bots, automated systems, artificial intelligence, or other technological methods to gain an unfair advantage over Aladdin9 or other players. This includes, but is not limited to, automated betting scripts, odds scraping tools, and collusion with other players.
You acknowledge that your access to the Platform is dependent on internet connectivity and compatible device specifications that are your responsibility to maintain. Aladdin9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
All games available on the Aladdin9 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems where applicable. Advertised Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the long-term theoretical return and are not guarantee of individual session outcomes. Sports betting odds are set by our trading team and are subject to change before the placement of any bet.
Aladin9 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods and channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction:
The minimum single deposit amount is RM30. The maximum single deposit amount is RM30,000, unless a higher limit has been approved in writing by Aladdin9 for specific VIP accounts. Aladdin9 does not charge processing fees on standard MYR deposits.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that are: (a) registered in the same name as the Aladdin9 account holder; (b) previously used for deposits where applicable; and (c) associated with a fully KYC-verified account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
Aladdin9 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow. Processing times for other methods may vary. Aladdin9 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. We will notify you if such checks are required.
Aladdin9 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, delay or withold withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law or our compliance framework.
Deposited funds must be used for gambling purposes. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without placing genuine wagers — commonly known as "money cycling" — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
All bonuses and promotions offered by Aladdin9 are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion ("Bonus Terms"), which are incorporated into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and specific Bonus Terms, the specific Bonus Terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) is specified in each promotion's Bonus Terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period.
Not all games contribute equally towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live table games and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the applicable Bonus Terms. Players are advised to review game contribution rates before commencing play with active bonus funds.
While bonus funds are active and wagering requirement remains outstanding, a maximum single bet or wager limit applies. This limit is specified per promotion. Placing bets that exceed the maximum bonus bet limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Aladdin9 reserves the right to void bonuses, withold bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe that bonuses have been claimed or used in bad faith, through coordinated activity, or in breach of these Terms. This includes the creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming promotions more than once.
Always read the Bonus Terms before claiming any promotion. Understanding the wagering requirement, game contribution, maximum bet limit, and expiry date before you opt in will ensure you have a clear picture of what is required to withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
All bets placed on Aladdin9's sportsbook are subject to acceptance by Aladdin9. A bet is only confirmed upon receipt of an electronic confirmation from the Platform. Aladdin9 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on eroneous odds.
In the event that odds are published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed malfunction, Aladdin9 reserves the right to cancel or void any bets placed at such eroneous odds and to settle them at the correct market odds. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.
In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before its scheduled completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market. Where no specific rule applies, Aladdin9's trading team will determine the appropriate settlement method based on industry-standard practice.
In-play or live betting markets are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time at the discretion of Aladdin9. Aladdin9 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues that result in delayed or unsuccessful placement of in-play bets.
All casino game results are determined by certified RNG systems, or by live dealer actions filmed in real time for live dealer products. Game rules are published within each game's interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that results in an incomplete outcome, the affected game round will be voided and any wager returned to the Player's balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Aladdin9 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances (where permitted), and potential legal action:
Where Aladdin9 has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to withold withdrawals pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, any funds in the account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All content on the Aladdin9 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, branding, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, and other materials — is the exclusive property of Aladdin9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted no rights or licences in respect of any intellectual property owned by Aladdin9 or its licensors, other than the limited licence to access and use the Platform for personal gambling purposes as set out in Section 5.1. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without our express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aladdin9 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Aladdin9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Gambling carries inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose the entirety of funds deposited into your Aladdin9 account and that Aladdin9 provides no guarantee of any return on wagers placed. You are solely responsible for the gambling decisions you make on the Platform.
You may close your Aladdin9 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance in your account (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Aladdin9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately. Where termination is initiated by Aladdin9 due to a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to withold account balances to the extent permitted by applicable law pending outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aladdin9 is licensed to operate.
In the event of any dispute between you and Aladdin9, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team, who will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, the dispute may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by our applicable regulatory framework.
You acknowledge that any legal action against Aladdin9 must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this limitation period will be time-barred.
Aladdin9 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we may also notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
